Ritu Maurya's salary jumped from ₹10 LPA to ₹80 LPA in a single year. The strategy she used is now going viral on Instagram and LinkedIn, and it's fundamentally different from how most people look for jobs.
She doesn't spend hours polishing resumes or tailoring cover letters. "It's not your resume because adding some magical words and expecting to get an interview is the laziest thing you can do to get a job," she said in a video that racked up millions of views. "Instead, this is what I do."
Her process is simple but radical: pick a company you want to work for, find a job description you find interesting, paste it into ChatGPT, and ask for project ideas that match the role. Then pick an idea you like, paste it into multi-agent tools, and let them start building.
"Just go to a company of your choice, pick any job description and paste it into ChatGPT with this prompt. You will get some ideas on what projects to build. Now pick any idea that you like, paste it into Emergent.sh and say, build it for me. Now multiple agents will start working in the background to build that project for you."
But she emphasizes that the process doesn't end with a rough first version. "You don't have to do any coding, but I don't want you to stop at just first version. Keep chatting with it until you reach a version that you really like. Be it adding more features, be it changing the front end."
Once the project is polished, she sends it directly to leadership at the target company and posts about it publicly on LinkedIn, tagging the company. "Post about that project on LinkedIn, tagging that company so that not just the entire company sees about it, but the competitors of the company and the entire LinkedIn community sees that you are actually a builder and not just a job seeker."
"And this is exactly how I went from 10 LPA to 80 LPA."
